At Pacific Evaluations, one administrator will support your scheduling, billing, records review and medical report support. Pacific Evaluations provides a portfolio of services to each of our physicians:

• Scheduling – Your personal administrator works directly with you to schedule appointments around your schedule and your preferred services.
• Overhead and Administration – You will have access to all Pacific Evaluations locations that will be supported by our qualified, professional staff. We will handle all administrative duties and costs to remove the burdens that allow you to focus on providing the exams, including transcription services and document management.
• Medical Records and Report Reviews – Our expert staff of administrators will facilitate the receipt of your patient medical records, compile them in an orderly fashion for your review or provide you with a detailed review, if requested. Post examination, our team reviews your report to ensure clarity, composition and that all issues have been answered and any regulatory requirements have been followed. Once complete, the report will be submitted back to you for final approval and signoff.
• Billing and Collections – Workers’ Compensation and IME billing can be incredibly complex and time consuming. Our staff has over 25 years of billing expertise to make sure your exams are billed at the top rates and collections are timely and in full. Physicians will receive a monthly payment and a detailed monthly report tracking exams, billing, receivables and payments.
• Marketing and Promotion – Our sales staff actively markets and promotes each of our physicians and their specific qualifications to our long history of satisfied clients, including insurance companies, attorneys and third party administrators.
• Credentialing – We offer credentialing services to each of our physicians that helps with new registration, monitoring and re-credentialing upon expiration.

Expert Testimony and Mock Trial Training

We specialize in preparing our physicians for the rigors of expert testimony. With hundreds of hours of trial experience, our physician experts provide hands-on training through every step of the process. We conduct mock trial and depositions with top prosecutors and defense attorneys to make sure our experts can express themselves clearly and are able to justify their opinions while explaining away commonly held misconceptions not based on medical information.
